This was amazing soup! My husband doesn't like anything in the squash family, that includes pumpkin pie, yes! He actually ate a whole bowl of this roasted soup, glad I got the rest!
Update: so glad I blogged this recipe, forgot to print it and took me a while to find it! Then it hit me, while enjoying my coconut chai and getting ready to make this mouth watering soup, but this time I'll try pumpkin for fun!
